That was in very limited quantities if it worked at all. I jumped on it quick after getting a notification and wasn't able to get the deal.

The real deal is not buying from Ecoflow, and if you decide to do it through Costco so you have a warranty. Their customer support is awful.

Was going to buy the River2 until I saw no DC in for solar. Annoying. Not every panel has USB-C.

I definitely waited over a day before pulling the trigger on that deal. Perhaps they did a refresh and I caught it but it wasn't an instant sell-out.

Anker has good CSR, but products are overpriced unless you get them on a good sale. Jackery has worse CSR but better than Ecoflow. Anker (in my experience) responds intitally between 1-24 hrs, and follows up resolves the issue in <1 week. Ecoflow I've had a ticket that wasn't resolved for over a month, and that was with me contacting constantly. Their warranty is like a carrot on a stick. The Anker item I have was a kickstarter, but the lid melted, and they sent me an entire new lid, and responded in less than 2 hours.

Are you joking. We had to dispute the credit card charge because their customer service refused RMA a defective unit. In stead of standing by their warranty they are still fighting the charge back. Glad you got lucky with their products because we sure didn't.

Goal Zero has some amazing customer service. Likely the best of all of these solar generator companies. I had a buzzing in a power supply. Called them up and they sent a replacement out that day. Arrived 2 days later. The rep on the phone was an American and sounded like she genuinely cared about my issue.

Only problem with Goal Zero is they are expensive and have the older battery tech. Not these 3000+ cycles like EcoFlow. EcoFlow app is also much nicer.

It does have a xt60 for DC in. you can use either a panel or the included 12v to xt60 cable.
