For what it's worth I have a larger "Ford" generator and it's just a Pulsar rebadge. Great generator (mine is 12kw I think).

Well you have to know Ford isn't making generators

I have been hunting for a good deal on a Honda 2200 generator for a while now and recently I saw a video that says most of the top generators in that class all use Yamaha engines, somehow the Honda lasts forever and the others don't. I dunno maybe I just suffer from analysis paralysis 😂
