I'm debating which one to get. What is a difference between red and blue switches? I need something for programming/office work. Which one is not going to drive me nuts? Brown? A couple years ago I bought a keyboard with blue switches and the noise was just ridiculous. I still want that mechanical feel but I have a feeling the reds will still be too noisy. Thanks!!11

it's all personal preference. some people like the sound of the blue switches, while others can't stand it. as for browns/reds, the noise mainly comes from how hard you smash each key. if you really need to mitigate that as well, then find a keyboard where you can install O rings.

Keyboard looks good but I got the G502X+ with the 50 Amex credit and 50 back in Dell eCredit.

Anyone know the turnaround time for the Dell credit after you make a purchase?
