I am confused, this is clearly made for Apple devices with MagSafe. It won't work correctly for your Pixel. Seems like you bought the wrong product and are mad that it didn't work for you.
its because the kickstand was intended to be used with a magsafe iphone. you dont have any magnets that will hold on to your phone. thats why its tipping over.

Yes it does and it's a piece of crap. I initiated my return today because I bought this on the last deal. This is nothing but a schill product and I wouldn't buy it for any amount more than $5. The kickstand is a joke since you have to have a ton of slack in your charging cable -- lest it tip over instantly.
I bought it because my charging port in my Pixel 7 pro died, so I would leave it laying on the charger all day in the pharmacy I work at. The slightest bump off center will stop it from charging and it doesn't grip the back of a phone, case or no case, at all. It will take a few minutes to prop it up in any usable way and slightly touching it will stop the charging. Wait for a wireless charging dock to go on sale (there have been a few in the last two months) and it'll be far better than this junk.

Why in the world would you buy a magsafe charger for your Pixel and then complain that it doesn't stick to your phone? It's not meant to since the Pixel has no magnets in the back, therefore the alignment will be finicky as hell just like any other Qi charger I've used. Worst of all you probably bought it a premium compared to other wireless chargers to boot? Insanity at best.

Somewhat related. A few months ago I bought the belkin three in one (watch, phone, AirPods) charger, the box said it was a rapid charger. Total BS. I paid $90 on sale from Costco, the watch and the phone charges very slow compared to to the genuine Apple charger. I do not have faith in belkin products.

This is why ya gotta take any reviews with a grain of salt, especially any product having to do with MagSafe. Every MagSafe product has a weird amount of 1 star reviews, and if you look closely, it's typically people like that guy buying it for their non MagSafe phones and complaining that it's junk and doesn't stick. Or people who bash the product because they didn't get a MagSafe phone case and have 3mm of plastic wedged between the charger and their phone.
I don't understand why these people thought a magnet would stick to their phones unless their phones specified that it had magnets in it. 99% of phones are made of glass/plastic/aluminum/titanium. None of which are inherently ferromagnetic. The audacity to get mad at the manufacturer when they lack critical thinking is astonishing.

Just got mine yesterday and tried it last night with my 15 pro max. Didn't have problems with it tilting over. It does get a little warm but that's about it. Only thing I can think of is that the wiring will always face the right side when using the stand and since I sleep on the left side of the bed when laying down, the wiring hangs over the front of my nightstand.

Buy yourself a MagSafe like case for your Pixel and it will work just fine. I have one on my Pixel 7 and my MagSafe charger works fine on it. Magnetic Pop socket works well with the case too as does magnetic car mounts.

and the charging speed is slower than the 10 doller ESR (with 20W adapter).
When the phone battery is above 50%, the charging speed easily drops to below 8W, ESR can maintain 10W.

I have a case with a cover over the charging port, and it's a hassle flipping it to plug in a lightning charger. Much easier to use MagSafe.
