Your first S&S delivery will be locked in at the price. After the first delivery, the price will auto update, so we have to remember to cancel after getting the first one.
I also just ordered for S&S, mine will come in November.
I planted 6 herbs in my harvest and 2 of them got starved out and it was generally overcrowded. Would it be same with this set?

Lettuce has been great in a Harvest without overcrowding. As long as the light stays low enough and the ambient temperature isn't too warm, to keep them from bolting. And (re)harvest regularly before they get too big.
Cool, will give it a shot then thanks!
Aerogarden will actually send you replacements for anything that doesn't grow. There's a form online, pretty easy to fill out. That said my replacement also didn't grow so I ended up giving up
Currently have 2 tomato plants going, next time I would only do 1 plant as they are very water hungry.

Thanks. Thinking of getting this but only want butter lettuce. Hoping they grow well. Do you think they would grow more if I just plant the two butter lettuce and nothing else, or will it make no difference?
Don't know, but at 8 bucks the pods are basically free since the nutrient retails for 9.99. I didn't have any problem with it growing quickly, it was just limp after washing. Tried air drying and a salad spinner with similar results. I was thinking that maybe if they had more room it would be sturdier? Or maybe they were nutrient starved and floppy?
Then at the end the lettuce stalk grew up from the middle and everything got bitter.
So after all that I figured that was too much effort for lettuce and moved tomatoes for fun.
