Movie Description
The implausible escape of a brilliant murderess brings U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his new partner (Mark Ruffalo) to Ashecliffe Hospital, a fortress-like insane asylum located on a remote, windswept island. The woman appears to have vanished from a locked room, and there are hints of terrible deeds committed within the hospital walls. As the investigation deepens, Teddy realizes he will have to confront his own dark fears if he hopes to make it off the island alive.

The movie is in HD quality, and is not Movies Anywhere eligible.

Thanks for this one, but I have a separate question. If I bought a MA movie with xfinity rewards and I discontinue xfinity, do I still keep the movie.

Yes, once a movie is entered into your MA account from a linked connected purchasing account, it stays there. You can actually switch the connected accounts every 6 months.

But this specific movie isn't MA eligible, so it only is in the specific Xfinity account that it was bought in.

Great movie. Asylum settings always creep the living crap out of me. This, Session 9, A Cure for Wellness, the second season of AHS, all stick with me long after the movie is over

The movie is added to your Xfinity account for free if you click the button in the Xfinity Rewards website, into whichever account that you were logged into. Just use that same account to watch the movie.

Shout out for A Cure For Wellness. A strange film for sure but great cinematography and if it clicks for you it's a great watch.

I claimed a free movie from Xfinity Rewards once. And then I was charged for it on the next bill. Xfinity does not believe in supplying reachable customer service.

I'm not an expert on Comcast's customer service so this is just my experience. I have called them. I have used the online chat. At least with calling, sometimes you reach US based reps and sometimes overseas. I feel like I get more efficient, more effective customer support using the Xfinity Forums, the ones hosted and provided by Comcast itself. There's a little more work in that you have to post a public message with your problem and then wait for someone to see it and reply. If you already have an educated guess that your problem requires private, one on one attention then an employee with tell you to Direct Message Xfinity Support with your name, full street address and then you'll effectively be in a live chat with someone who is US based and seems to be more experienced, knowledgeable and capable helping you. It's not a panacea but I think its at least slightly better. If you skip posting a public message with your problem/question and direct message them without permission they'll yell at you and warn you that you're not following the forum rules. It's at least a little silly but it's how it works. Oh, if you happen to be a night person or just have something urgent happen late, no one or few are working 3rd shift and you'll likely not hear from anyone until morning.
