This fluctuates a lot, but this is the lowest I've seen it. Triple camel shows it lower once, but otherwise never below $115. Limited to z-wave users.

I had horrible experience with this crap . Always deprogramming itself. Traded it in for another and same thing. I would advise to avoid it.

Not fond of buttons as they can wear out and provide some clue as to what the code is. Minor and just personal preference.

here to say zwave is pretty much dead. samsung used to make a nice hub that that's EOL-ed and there's really nothing compelling on that market. You really need a big company to back these hubs and all the players at this space I'm ve never heard of.
