Yagud bench took maybe 20 minutes to assemble and has 1 year warranty, versus 90 days warranty of Weider bench.
But to be fair, I don't believe Yagud bench could handle 810 pounds and more than I believe Weider bench can handle 410 pounds.
Edit: I'm 5'6"" and this bench works for me, but I recommend not buying Yagud bench if you're 6ft tall. It's about 44 inches from edge to edge (the cushions)

From pic, when that bench is made flat, there's big gap between the two sections, bummer !
Seems to make sense that if you weigh 200lb the max weight you should be using on this is 210lb. Pretty restrictive.

I think Weider's more heavier than Yagud, should be more stable.
