    You can't spray ghee. This is a blend that makes it possible to use ghee in a spray.

    You'd think if they were going to cut the ghee, it would be done with avocado oil only.

    Depends on whether it's EVOO or something more refined. Highly refined OO, while not lending much flavor, can potentially be heated to over 100F above that of EVOO (I see 468 listed as a temp for some of the most refined versions).
