Second biggest complaint is that it is bulky 'cuz it uses 8 AA batteries. Biggest complaint is that the app doesn't say % of charge left in those batteries so you have to change the batteries based on time (8 months is advertised). There is an external USB port for POWER ONLY - not data. So if you get lazy and the batteries die while you're on the wrong side of the door, plug a power bank into the port and you're in, however, no one can hack their way in via the USB port.

Really like that it will lock after a set period of time, so when I forget to lock it closes behind me and my wife doesn't worry.
Hate me because I'm beautiful.
***update. after opening my eyes and a little hunting I did find the difference. fingerprint ....how the hell did I miss that?!? Also the 220 holds 8 AA batteries and 210 uses 4. One of the complaints was battery life so they just made it hold more to "fix" that.
With that said. I have one of the non wifi versions on my garage and it has been great. I think it has been there about 6 months so far and still going strong. I like it so far.
I am an inherently lazy person but even I don't miss the wifi option. it would be nice but it is one of the battery killers. For a main entry door I think I would pony up the dough for the wifi and deal with the battery life issue. But for the garage I'm good.
I would recommend the lock.

Only alternative Ive seen is the Ultraloq zwave but is 50$ more expensive. I have a lot of contact sensors lying around
