I've only ran into a few movies that just wouldn't rip, and I don't think it was the movies themselves just something with the discs because one of them was Jurassic Park 2, whereas all the other movies in the series ripped perfectly fine.
*Just be sure to follow the flashing instructions carefully if you go that route so you don't accidentally brick your drive.
P.S. I got a "Lacdo" brand hardshell case on Amazon to keep it safe when I'm not using it.

amd supports 4:2:0 h.265 hevc decoding, for instance: https://www.amd.com/en/products/g...iting.html
where amd/nivida fall short is that neither has 4:2:2 hevc decoding support, which is what you want when editing high-quality 4k video.
the problem with playing back 4k bluray on a computer is with the DRM, which makes it pretty much a fail, htpc is dead: https://www.reddit.com/r/htpc/com..._policies/

don't threadcrap with false claims.
don't threadcrap with things that are not relevant.
its got nothing to do with scsi. its the error that you would get on any external or internal player. for copyright contents or software/hardware related. could be a halfbake flashing.

no, you can't get "scsi errors" because this is not a scsi drive.
that code you posted has nothing to do with scsi.
