2 years after I bought this scooter to my son, its battery is totally dead, even it is used only a few times a month. But this is not the only problem we had with this brand. After the battery died, I ask from their support team for the compatible batteries that I can buy. They didn't give any battery brand or specification that I can buy, instead, they told me that I shouldn't buy a battery outside their web page. But in their page they were not selling any batteries, and that was the case for at least the last month. When I asked, they said they might be out of stock but they don't know when it will be available. After another mont they still won't selling any batteries available on their site.

I had to fix the screws because they where lose and the brakes launch you forward every time you try to stop and they barely work unless you pull the brake all the way back, the light isn't bright and it takes to long to charge the bell isn't loud enough for people to hear if they are too close to you. It doesn't even allow you too do customizations for better safety parts. And it completely stopped working a week into having it. Amazon said it was used but was in "perfect condition".
