    The market is much different this generation when there aren't as many options in the mid-range. You either get the RX 6750 to push a little more juice out of your 1440p set up in the $350 range or you have to jump up to RX 6800 at $450 or RTX 4070 at $600

    So relative to the entirety of the GPU market an RX 6750 is a good value even if it's only a 5-10% increase at a $50 premium from the RX 6700

    Those 6750 GRE's you're referring to are only "6750" in name and are a cut down die version of the 6700 XT and don't perform any better, and their name is a misrepresentation on AMD's part and are duds at best compared to an actual 6750 XT.

    Aren't those only for China? The 7900 GRE was announced and released, and that never really made it into wide circulation.

    update. You might be right, though there is no confirmation yet. They are in China right now, but since AMD also released prices in USD, they might go into wider circulation unlike 7900GRE.

    There's always a "wait for" no matter what. This card can run pretty much everything at 60 FPS 1440p ultra settings so imo buy now if you want a nice mid range 1440p build that'll last a while.

    A decent deal, I originally ordered this but I actually canceled it because the XFX 6800 for 399.99 is a better value. I'm extremely happy with the 6800 so far, but all of these cards are good. XFX is a very good brand in my opinion.

    Because the 7700 will likely also be only incrementally faster like +5% like the 7800 was to the 6800, so why not buy now and have something that's almost as good and enjoying it instead of waiting for something that's only going to be 5% better.
