Not sure where to put this. Moderators, please move this as necessary.
FYI:
If you order multiple items from Lowes and the items add up over $45 and receive free shipping and some items get canceled where you drop under $45, Lowes will automatically charge you the shipping fee for the items that do get shipped out.

... whatever you need to tell yourself to justify unethical behavior...
Yeah that's bs. If it's multiple orders with intention of returning to store, they you can get ripped for shipping. It being refunded. But most people will say it came damaged or something which makes in the companies fault. We can also be real that this doesn't happen all the time and product is priced accordingly to make mad cash. I'd be more worried about scum at b&m's stealing sh!t.

Retailers are having a difficult enough time with all the organized flash thefts and everything else.
Businesses are learning there are certain types of customers they definitely do not want.
It's clear from some research that organized retail theft isn't a thing. A few viral TikToks don't make organized crime
You are looking at the wrong sources then.
Organized retail crime is a VERY REAL thing... ask virtually any metro or suburban police department, search on it on youtube (and you will see lots of news stations reporting on it), etc.
I'm floored that some people are so low-information, so disconnected from what's going on in the world, to even comment something like this.

PD Crime statistics are from retailers, which have gone down, not up, once you account for the changes in retailer's reporting policies.
Well I'm not going to get into this whole "quote your reputable sources thing"... All I can say is please start tuning into the news more. this level of not knowing what's going on in the world is a big part of why democracies are faltering across the world. this is just one small example of not having a good sense of what's generally going on in the world.
Nobody that has that would argue the point that organized retail theft is not off the hook in recent years, comparatively speaking.
