1 month and counting until the new season starts...

Any ideas on how this seasons going to go? The only previews/clips I've seen is Jack wondering around what looks like Arizona, and he answers his cellphone "How did you get this number?" I have no idea what's going to happen... and that's what i love Evil

It's no defense, if I broke into a military base and knocked a guard out, I'd be getting shot at too. Wouldn't justify me returning fire. Those PMCs were completely innocent.

This wasn't a military base. It was some private party that was hired to torture Walsh and then kill her. At least Bauer gave Walsh another hour to live. Roll

I believe there was more then one person in the room when it was happening and somebody watching the security system watching it that way. So a lot of the people there knew that was going on.

Not all of them were aware what was going on, and the only reason they got in Jack's way at the end was because they went to the roof to check up on a supposedly in trouble co-worker. Even if they were aware of the waterboarding, that's hardly grounds for execution. Waterboarding known enemy combatants was government-condoned for a while.

I'm not really criticizing the show here. I think this has been one of the best seasons yet and I'm sad to see it go. What I am saying is that Jack's morality has gone from being a lighter shade of grey to a much darker one, making a bit harder to cheer for his every action.

I believe Waterboarding is banned IRL, but we don't know about the 24 world although I would suspect it is still illegal to do that since how president tailor was so against any torture in the last season
