W7200 is better option if you have no option for backhaul ethernet, as is tri-band unit and can use one band for connectivity between Deco units and other 5Ghz(2.4Ghz) is completely free. If you do not plan to have a cable between the devices W7200 is better. Hope this helps !

You seem knowledgeable, may I ask. Does that mean if one wants to use Ethernet from each router to a connect wired device they need the 7200 which is twice the price? What is the backhaul option/need and is it worth this cost?
Yes they can. I would probably use these as the main routers and the s4 as additional coverage.

Yep, limit of Deco is 10 nodes if I recall correctly. I would use these as main router though.

These dual band mesh systems are the only ones under $100; more or less, they're just updating the Wi-Fi protocol each generation and not much else. The deco m9 was/is a very competant AC mesh system.
If you have a wired coax network in your home, you can always use MoCa as the backbone; then any of these mesh solutions will work well, with stability being the main variable between brands.
If you do not, triband solutions will be magnitudes faster. The 2.4g will always be the limiting factor in anything less.
