EDIT:I guess people are missing the point in the first sentence. My point was to use the chat function for an additional discount. I was just posting my experience to help anyone else looking for a discount on top of what is currently offered.
I'll post my experience, but what varies is your trade in and the watch you're going for. On Samsung, you'll see the chat icon with "
Chat with an expert about Limited-Time offers!". Before you use that, figure out what you are trading in if anything, pick out the watch you're looking at see what your total is before going into chat. The chat expert will be a little pushy and the outcome will be getting a cart auto organized by them, prior to you finding out what the deal is.
MY EXPERIENCE
I have a Galaxy Watch4 Classic LTE and I've been pondering trading it in ($200 Value). I also have a Government Discount. A Galaxy Watch6 Classic LTE is what I was looking for. Prior to chat I was at $212.49. Figured I'd take a stab to see what the "Limited Time Offer" was. Chat was about what I was looking for and weighing my options of a standard Watch5 for $79.99 or the Watch6 Classic LTE for $212.49. I mentioned how I loved my Watch4 Classic LTE and would prefer to stick with the look. Expert asked what I had to trade in and mentioned he'd help me out through this process. I gave him my info, he asked if I wanted add-ons such as the buds or warranty. Those were not discounted from the current special, so I opted to skip out and I mentioned how I love my current Galaxy Buds (I don't have, I just said it to make it seem like I'm invested into Samsung Ecosystem). He then sent me a link to auto add it to my cart and below is what I ended up with. I had no clue what the deal was going to be until it was added to my cart. I wasn't really expecting to buy a new watch today.
PRIOR TO CHAT
Galaxy Watch6 Classic LTE: $449.99
Trade in Watch4 Classic: -$200
Government Offer Program: -$37.50
Total: $212.49
AFTER CHAT
Chat Promo: -$62.50
Bundle Discount: -$59.99
Trade in Watch4 Classic: -$200
Government Offer Program: -$28.12
Total Savings: $350.61
Total Charged: $159.37
Now I'm not sure how the total savings + what I was charged works out as it's more than the cost of the Watch6 Classic LTE, but I'm not complaining

@OP - Your total charged includes the price of the watch + $60 for the "free" watch band. That is probably why you see the cost higher than the just the price of the watch.
