I haven't used either model exactly, but I have a Biobidet (6800) and a Toto (C5), obviously a bit different price points. I've been happy with both but the C5 is my favorite. This seems like a good deal for the features, as usually they start around $200 on sale with the dryer.

Edit: After looking more closely it appears it's a lower price because there is no remote functionality or additional functions. Looks like just a knob to control it. Might be nice if you don't want to deal with a bunch of buttons to use it. I'm actually more of a fan of the ones with the control panel on the side, as opposed to a remote.
I will go with Toto. It has a control panel and all the features sound like it could last forever.

The only thing I don't have is an electrical outlet near the toilet. I'll have to hire a handyman to make a new outlet.

I just bought 2x Toto Drake elongated toilet from Costco: https://www.costco.com/toto-drake...01786.html

I feel like Toto's bidet at Costco is on the higher end of bidets: https://www.costco.com/toto-washl...73005.html

It is also ~2x expensive compared to this BioBidet.

you can hire a handyman to hook up your ceiling fan or change the light bulbs but never ever let him run any wire especially inside the wall. a licensed electrican who can do this type of work nearly and safely would charge at least $250 for the job.
Word.

I was gonna have him turn off the breaker and fish the wire from the other electrical outlet in the bathroom. Worst case, he has to open the dry wall, wire it properly, patch it up, and repaint.

I can get an electrician. I have 3 bathrooms. Fine, I'll get a quote from a licensed electrician and have him/her do the job.

I have successfully changed a few electrical outlets. It's not that difficult. But, I don't have the tools to make a new outlet and I don't know how to fish wire through walls. I'm sure it's easy enough, but it like too much effort.

Dude, or you could do it yourself. To run a new outlet is stupid easy... And to keep it code is stupid easy too

Just get your handyman to do it or do it yourself. It's not like you're running a 220 line from the breaker box to a subpanel in a shed that isn't connected to the house. It's pretty hard to f up on just adding an outlet.

Has anyone been using this bidet from Costco https://www.costco.com/brondell-s...48770.html
How does it compare to the Toto C5?

That's what I thought. If changing an outlet is easy, adding a new outlet is also kinda easy. I just don't have all the tools.

Better make sure those outlets are specifically GFCI outlets.

"Standard electrical outlets provide no protection against ground faults, making them extremely risky to use, especially when they are located near water." I assume your toilets don't use water then? Better safe than sorry...but that's just me I guess.

Yes OMG! Exactly what I was thinking. Only one electrical outlet in the circuit needs to be GFCI.

Now, I have to figure out if I want to run a wire from the electrical outlet on the washer/dryer back wall, which is kind of in line with the toilet back wall.

Second toilet has an outlet on the other side of the wall at the bottom. Perfect location.

And the final one will probably need to run wires from an outlet across the toilet back wall. Ughh.

Throw a gfi breaker on the circuit or the cheaper route is to throw a gfi in…
