Edit: After looking more closely it appears it's a lower price because there is no remote functionality or additional functions. Looks like just a knob to control it. Might be nice if you don't want to deal with a bunch of buttons to use it. I'm actually more of a fan of the ones with the control panel on the side, as opposed to a remote.
The only thing I don't have is an electrical outlet near the toilet. I'll have to hire a handyman to make a new outlet.

I recently house-sat at a place which doesn't have a bidet and it felt so wrong not using it. I suppose that could be considered a downside of having one at home.
I'm considering upgrading to something like the one in this deal but I'm concerned that my old electrical system won't support it. The main feature I'm tempted by is dryer since a wet bhole area has been the only "downside" I've noticed with the simple/cheap bidet setup. Toilet paper works fine for drying but it would be nice to not have to use that at all if a dryer does the trick.

Btw, dryer does not work well since don't have time to wait.
Besides much more hygiene to wipe and double check

you can hire a handyman to hook up your ceiling fan or change the light bulbs but never ever let him run any wire especially inside the wall. a licensed electrican who can do this type of work nearly and safely would charge at least $250 for the job.
I'll just get a handyman to do it. 3 bathrooms, 3 new outlets.
I bought a bidet during the pandemic of 2021. And since then, then I cannot live without a bidet.
If you have never used a bidet but you are optimistic and you think it'll be amazing, then you're in for a surprise because it's better than you can imagine and easily the best purchase you will ever make.

The only thing I wasn't sure of is the hallway is 15a white Romex and I'm pretty sure bathrooms are supposed to be wired with 20a yellow romex. Not that the bidet draws that much power. Anyways since it is a outlet with a specific purpose I think per code it would pass inspection.
