I bought this through Walmart the last time it came up and it's missing a piece. I have never worked with a less helpful customer service department. Cannot recommend.

Maybe try the manufacturer instead of Walmart. I hope they make it right because I would also hate to have to go through return/exchange hassle on something this size.
