2.7 has been standard for a while, but I was able to get a crap load of these for like a buck each a few years ago. Paying twice as much isn't fun.. but I guess ultimately it's not that big a deal

Bought this for roughly the same price back in June (no need for s&s) also via Amazon so this seems to be close to going rate. My June purchase was a 6 pack so if you don't need that many this isn't a bad deal.

Yep, it's getting ridiculous. There's so much plastic waste because they don't fill them anymore, and you have to replace them more frequently. I'd be happy to pay more (same price per weight) for a larger that one that didn't run out after a couple weeks, but there isn't even the option to do that.

Deodorant is not something I trust buying on Amazon. From my readings, some of these are meant for different markets, different countries. Ingredients and package size will differ.. Maybe some even counterfeit..

costco is known to have reduced sizes, in large quantity, to provide the appearance of value
they do it with floss as well

i am looking at my old spice stick and it's 3.4
