- Click Continue at the bottom of Check out available offers.
- Click Customize in the Unlimited Welcome Banner
- Click Continue at the "Start with unlimited" Page. Check that Unlimited Welcome is still selected (on the far right hand 3rd Black/Red column)
- Deselect Walmart+ Membership, click "Continue without Perks" at the bottom right of the page

The part you said about payoff is true
On top of that, they signed us up for some cloud back-up service that was going to renew automatically after a free month. This is all after we explicitly told them "NO ADD-ONs, NO TRIALS!". I reported the store this happened at, but I'm starting to think this is actual corporate strategy...
I was able to get $136 for 5 lines (according to the rep, who knows if that is what it ends up actually being) with FiOS discounts and 5 new iPhone 14s. Had to chat with a rep as I could not get it to work on my own, but if this works out, it is great because I get 5 new phones and lower my monthly payment by $25.
