The worst is when I scan something with my phone and it says "Price at this store $8.97" and then it rings up $19.99. So I show the cashier what the "Price at this store" says on the app when I scan it with my phone and they just stare at me blankly. So I ask if they can do a price adjustment and they flat out refuse and tell me "it costs whatever it rings up for, we don't do price adjustments based on what the app says". This has happened twice to me in the last few months.
Honestly, in my experience, the customer service on the website has been so much better than dealing with the employees at my local store.
