I've been looking for a good deal on these for a while since I got those olympic bumper plates from Walmart. This is a great price especially when you consider it includes 2 spring clips.
  • Olympic weight plate holder.

    I know, I was just lamening the lack of 3x3 in so many accessories. I just got some new J hooks and they were almost hard to find in 3x3 (for a resonable price).

    I have a 2-post rack so 3x3 makes it sturdier, but for fully boxed cages 2x2 is plenty.

    Be aware that the fitness reality cage showing in the promo pics (and that you and I have) is so shallow that mounting plates with side holders can get in the way of actual lifting. Notice how their pics only show one pair of holders all the way on the bottom. That's pretty much the only place it won't be in the way (possibly), especially if you have bumpers (i.e. the plate diameter is the same all the way down to 10 lbs).

    Exactly. I made this mistake, didn't realize the issue till I had ordered the 2nd pair of holders. Love the rack though.

    I also have these and will recommend this one. It helps to have a slight upward angle to set weights in and to ensure it doesn't fall off easily. These are quite sturdy as well. I have kept mine loaded with120+ lbs and zero issues
