I'm trying to figure out if this is different from a TOA-60. They look like they have identical capacities, power and dials, If this is the same thing as a TOA-60, then I'm very happy with mine with three notes:

- the timer is not very accurate at low times (like less than five minutes).

- The OEM cookie sheet is difficult to clean well without scrubbing off all of the coating. It's still functional.

- like most toaster ovens, it's difficult to really clean inside of the unit, especially around the fans.

I've been happy with mine. the interface is easy to use, and once you realize the foibles of this style of air fryer (mostly: you will almost always need to go to a lower temp than in a recipe), them it is reliable.

Not sure why the other post of the same oven is not getting any love. I get it the price increased from the posting price of $45.49 to $59.99, but it also has free shipping and is 40% cheaper than this one. Am I missing something? Is it because of the vendor?

Same model and UPC as the one from Target.

I've had this machine for about 5 years now. It is fantastic. The first one did fail after about 3 years and the company sent me a replacement. The new digital ones are absolutely awful. My mom has purchased three and keeps on having to return them. On top of that, they're almost impossible to use. The old analog ones are fantastic like this one.

How is this? Anyone got one?
I've had this model for a couple years. Can't think of a single thing to complain about. Solid unit in my experience.

Had one of these used it's daily for ~ 3 years then the switches failed because the steam and smoke rises upwards and coats the switch contacts. I tried to remove the switch panel to see if I could replace it and it would require an electrical engineer to fix it. So I tossed it and got the emril air frying that has the display and control panel on the side. I would not recommend this for the long term but if it fits your budget and you don't plan to use it everyday as your primary cooking instrument then it will serve its purpose

Is it this one? That link doesn't work. https://secondipity.com/open-box-...ster-oven/ [secondipity.com]
Does that open box one come with the 3 year warranty? (And the extended warranty adds extra years?) If so, I would buy it and add the 2 year extended warranty to make a total of 5. Guarantee you'll use the warranty in that amount of time.

If the open box one comes with no basic warranty then I would never buy it, even if with the two year extended warranty.

All these Cuisinart models are known for knob issues. With a warranty it's fine because within the first 3 years they are supposed to replace it within the 3 years. I have no idea what the extended warranty company would do.

Haven't had this specific model but went through several TOA-60s (replaced twice under warranty). Each time one of the knobs burned out. Maybe they fixed with this model but we've got a Gourmia now and actually like it better. The Cuisinart has a stronger air fryer but had a tendency to burn things, for what we do the Gourmia's more gentle one takes a bit longer but has been fine for us. But more importantly it's lasted longer without a component failing

I do like the simple analog controls of the Cuisinart but probably won't be going back after our experience.

We get a box of food service foil sheets from Sam's Club to use whenever we use the pan/sheet

4 years? This model has only been available since January 2021.
There are similar cuisinart air fryer variations. They each get slightly new upgrades but these have been out for a very long time.

120$ for the XL all steel one from Costco. French doors also make it easier I think.

I've owned one since 2020. It works great and I prefer it over the Teflon-coated baskets and the digital version.

I think it's the same, but the Target version.

I have the digital version of this thing. it's awesome. Had it for almost 3 years, starting to have that dial issues. The screen is not easy to read ( esp for older people ). I got mine for 150ish on Costco. For 100, this is a steal. Going to pull the trigger.

For anyone that never used a air fryer - this is a game changer. It's not going to replace the microwave. But i prefer this over it
I likely got the same one you did from Costco. Same dial issues. Cuisinart will do a warranty replacement so might think about contacting them. You will need to send a pic of a cut cord from the unit then wait for them to send a replacement. I hopped on here to see if anyone could send me a pic of a cut cord on one of these laugh out loudlaugh out loud

Even with the messed up dial, use mine daily so would be difficult to go long without one!
