The difference is the Costco one is touch but i find i never use touch very much for $115 more.
Plus a present for my Gr Kid and he does not need touch
There is 8 GB onboard (7.73 usable)
There is a single empty RAM slot.
There is a camera with privacy shade.
I was able to upgrade to 40GB with a single stick of DDR4 3200mhz RAM.
Single heat sink and copper pipe, 1 good sized fan. Runs pretty cool.
The SSD 512GB memory is an Intel 670p series .
Bottom case was easily removed and none of the components are tough to access.
Thoughts: pretty good deal and specs for the $400 and free delivery (in one day)
Screen is average, but perfectly adequate for regular use. Backlit keys feel great, are more subtly lit and not too bright at nighttime like some I have used.
Relatively light weight.
Track pad is large and has a good feel.
Even bone stock, the pc is pretty fast. Had about 30 Firefox tabs open with no crash.
The integrated graphics are fine for non gaming use.
Very happy this pc could accept the 5 fold increase in RAM, especially considering this configuration.
I also have internal pics if anyone wants them.
