The A90J is a Master Class OLED from 2021. If I'm going for pure picture quality, motion handling, and upscaling, I'm going with the A90J. I'll think it over, and see if I want to get it for my basement setup.

Enough stock for a holiday sale blowout, 2 years later? Guess the Sony tax is real, and not paying.

I would still get this over current gen LG/Samsung if not for gaming, and not for a Florida condo with wall of glass facing west. Anyone else, you won't be disappointed

seems to have good reviews on RTINGS, but i suspect slightly inferior to C3 and S90C despite being priced the samev

Sony kept producing the A90J 83" for two years. I'm honestly surprised that Walmart still has stock available. Most stores don't carry the 55" or 65" A90J. Best Buy sold their remaining 55" A90J for $999 late last year or earlier this year.

The A90J was the best OLED until the A95K QD-OLED. In current sets I would put it up against the G3. That being said, most people would be hard pressed to tell the difference on most material between this and anything down to B3/A80J (all 120hz panels). If I was in the market for an OLED I would jump on this one unless we see A95K down under $2K.

I wouldn't worry about burn in unless you play the same game or watch news for 8+ hours a day. I heard that ABL is very aggressive if you're watching bright sports like hockey etc.

The only thing is that the Sony remote is only universal for a select few cable boxes and dvd players. I have a Samsung QN and a LG G1 and their remotes control all my streaming boxes and sound bars. The ease of not having to use 2 or more remotes and keep up with their whereabouts makes life so much easier. Plus only 2 2.1 HDMI ports, with one of them being the earc port, if that matters to you.

I have this set. Unbelievable they have any left. It was forever at $2300. At this price do not hesitate.

Sony makes the best high-end OLED TVs on the market. Excellent deal if you are looking for an OLED TV.

If you want the most purist image with no processing or high contrast mode for a movie theater setup this if better if you're going for punchy over saturated colors or in a brighter room the Samsung if better

What about when you need to go into the tv settings, or watch over the air tv? Does the Google remote control that or do you still have to use the tv remote? I have Roku ultras and Google Chromecast boxes on my TVs and the tv remotes control both of them.
