Also when does firehouse sub expire?

Judging by other coupon codes above this does not appear to be the real deal, ie too short.
So, after that 5 digit code temporarily appears it prompts me to install the Firehouse app.
My question is this: if I already have the app on another cell phone where do I get the legit coupon code or is there no alternative, but to install the app on my new device?

After all that I think it is just a 5 digit code for Firehouse as I was looking at much longer codes above for Shell etc.
Still to try it on my old phone, but fingers crossed!
