I received iPhone 13 today from walmart..
After inserting the SIM card and activating it, I chatted with Verizon.
The first agent refused the payoff and said it would be possible in 14 days.
The second agent sent me the URL right away and I paid $299.
Then I cancel line. I need 60days for unlock.

I tried to do it with an iPhone 14 in walmart.com when I saw this deal. It asked me to login to my Verizon (I'm with vzn), and asked for permission to pull credit. I declined. I think anything with a payment plan will need a credit check.

Though this is 36 months contract , but once you activate the line, you can pay off it via chat rep or in cash in verizon store . Once phone is paid , you can cancel the line with in 3 days to avoid activation / upgrade fees. Wait for 60 days to unlock the device.

THIS IS NOT MONTHLY CREDITS. AMOUNT FINANCED will be $299 or $99 , depends which phone you select.

To be on safer side, before you cancel the line with VZ, make sure that you have either unlocked via ATT sim trick OR inserted VZ sim in your phone, make one or two calls and then cancel the line.
Could I use my friend's AT&T sim? The only sim I can is my Mint Mobile one.

I am chatting with VZN and was told final fill will be $54.39, they do not agree to waive the activation fee, instead will to cut it to $17.5, is this nomal?
If you canceled within 3 days they should waive it however if they only charging you $17.50 total and not $54.39 I'd call it a win and move on

Update: Perhaps Lipton's advice is better

Yes, many have. In numerous previous comments.
My bad. I meant to post that in the IPhone SE Straight Talk thread

Repped for answering even though the question was not appropriate for this thread as it has been answered numerous times as you said

I paid off the phone and then called Verizon again to disconnect the phone plan. Was told the final bill will be $35 + $75 one-month plan + Gov. fee. They said plans are billed a month in advance. Does anyone have the same experience?
Had the same experience. I reminded the agent that the activation fee is waived if cancelled within 3 days - and she removed it. Then we discussed the remaining charges which included the full month of service + tax / fees. She said I would be charged for the 3 days of service and the taxes and fees would also be reduced. She could not provided the exact amount but the total would be less than $28.56. Said I needed to wait for the bill to be generated on Dec. 08 and that I would be able to login and pay.

Can you expound further? I assume you didn't put the Verizon sim in? So you put the H2O sim in first and then the phone became locked? Then you used the AT&T tool to request unlock and then the phone became unlocked?
Yes exactly this. Then used Verizon sim to make a few calls before canceling the line via chat. Will use on Google fi now.

So the iPhone will cost me $300 + tax + a hard credit pull? Pretty sweet deal if that's the case.

If the goal is to use the VZ iphone 13 on t-Mo, should one put t-Mo sim in VZ sent phone instead of VZ sim (assuming it has never been activated with VZ sim)? In this case, since phone is paid off and used on an existing t-mo line, will t-mo unlock the phone immediately?

Hard credit pull if you order an AT&T iPhone. For Verizon, it's a soft pull.

Why am I not getting these options lol. Ive tried "device pay off", "pay off device" and it just asks me if I want to continue with an agent to press 3 or press 1 to not pay the fee then it tells me that this can be done on the app and then redirects me to an agent.
Did the BOT tell you it recognized your number as a Verizon customer. That is what it told me in the beginning (I had also looked online at my Verizon account last night and the new iphone was listed in my devices). Then I told it "pay off device". The BOT then told me I owed $1 and would I like to pay that. I said YES and it was done immediately. No other questions, no pushing any other buttons and no CS reps. It then sent a text to account owner and an email that the amount had been paid. I have not called to cancel yet.

How many lines/phones can you order online at once? Is there a limit?

Interesting. But why do the Verizon sim at all? I'm confused.

Did you try calling from a different number other than the VZ number? That was mentioned in earlier posts.

Nope it didn't recognize since I don't have the phone yet. I entered the Verizon number along with the pin

I did not. I just got back from the corporate store so I paid the $299 from next month's bill
