I found the B6's aren't quite as sensitive about placement and have wider horizontal directivity. I did notice on the B6's that the port can chuff when pushed hard - I never noticed that on the RP600's - the T6's have a huge port so I doubt that would ever be an issue.
The B6's go deeper in my experience - in room I'm seeing good extension to ~36hz while the RP600's were more in the ~45hz range - this is probably due to the lower port tuning of the B6's - the downside is as mentioned port chuffing can be a problem. The T6's have good output to around 27hz in my room - so they are definitely on a different level.
Of course every room is going to be different so take that with a grain of salt.
