I own one of these. In fact I'm looking at it right now. I am possibly not using it right but it does a great job vacuuming but nothing else. It does come apart to clean it but the liquid dispenser gets clogged on mine all the time. I don't think I would pay even $50 for a replacement. I use a Shark vacuum and a Swiffer with microfiber head and that is a much better system in my opinion. Yes it's two separate tools but at least things are getting clean. My floors are a waterproof composite and I have three cats and a small dog.

I'm just not impressed with this expensive machine. This idea has been tried many times (vacuum and mop in one) but I don't think it has been perfected.

I do like how it disassembles so it can be cleaned though. Of course others will have their own opinion but this is just my experience.

This is less than what I paid for mine though.

Reminder each home has a different level of cleaning. If you have pets and clean less than everyday you should sweep/vacuum first and then use the machine. I still wash baseboards and corners by hands and just do the middle. I also do multiple swipes over the area in different angles. Still have to get stuck on things scraped off but in general it does save your back and does a decent job when you take your time. Always clean it after including changing the roller.

i have the ifloor3, which i believe is one of the older models but still works great. i imagine the newer version would work just as well. i just looked at my order and it's coming up on two years. they always have black friday deals.

I've had mine forever (like 4 or 6 years) and never had this issue.

Either it's clogging because you are not using bissel's cleaning solution or it's clogging because your machine is defective/broken. Probably not actually clogged (how could it be?) but the pump used to dispense the solution is probably broken.

Or the tank is not pressed firmly into the machine

Typical people this is a use and clean unit and if you don't follow the instructions it dies. It tells you to clean after each use and then amazingly it works well. I use on hardwood to pick up ALL of the dirt and it does a great job but after you must clean it out. If you are the typical LAZY A$$ person this is not for you and buy the swifter that moves dirt around with a smell that makes you think you cleaned

Ifloor3 is being recommended, but what's the newer model to ifloor3 ? Confused w multiple types of product names in the same section.

That too. Definitely takes a firm push into the base to seat it correctly.

I own 2 of these for past 3 years. They are doing decent job cleaning tile floors. Use right solution, change filter and brush roll when needed
Of course you can do it better by hand moping, but i am to lazy.

Returned mine. A steam mop is way lighter and better
