I receive an email this morning letting me know that I could activate a quarterly 5% cash back on restaurants + dine-in + food ordering apps from Nov-Dec 31st.
Note that not all users got this email, so I'll attach a screenshot and subject line to this thread.

One of them got an offer for 7,000 bonus points after purchasing a flight and hotel stay through Chase Travel. The other gets a $25 statement credit after spending $99 on HBO Max. better than nothing
