Be careful with QVC. I placed an order for Mario Wonder with a new account and after I placed the order, they later billed me double what I agreed to pay. When I chatted with customer service, they said that I placed an order with a different email in the past so they invalidated my coupon and increased my bill rather than cancelling my order, which is absurd. I tried chatting with a second rep who said the same thing, so I just waited for my item to ship and then had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Luckily they sent me an invoice for the price I agreed to pay and then a shipping email with the increased price. I'm sure Discover will side with me, but it's still ridiculous that this happened in the first place. QVC is garbage.

I got in on the last SD from QVC for this a month ago and haven't had any issues… other than I paid $30 for it then. Bastards 🤣

I also purchased from them in the past with no issues.

Anyway, for companies that jerk you around with refunds, overcharging, etc… that's where my Discover card comes in. LOVE Discover, grade A customer service and they handle it. I've been a Discover user for 18yrs.

I always use my Discover when I have a concern of an issue like this and they have NEVER let me down. Love their customer service!
