Is it okay to post individual product deals that haven't started yet?

For example, Costco pre-black-friday starts rolling out over the next week. Can I post some of those individual items now, and just say the sale price starts on Nov 12, 13, etc.?

Yep, as long as you add as much information as possible - store, item, price, start date, etc - then you can definitely post 'em. I suggest adding the start date to the title so that folks know before they even click into the thread that the sale hasn't started yet.
