Vizio has no factories or R&D facilities but sublets their orders to 3rd-tier OEMs (for example, Dongguan Ikinor, Guangzhow Lianjie) in China, whereas Tcl and Hisense are the 1st-tier manufacturers with indigenous panel/chipsets factories. It's beyond rediculous to compare a trading company (Vizio) to real TV makers.
Its a 70" for $399, at most you may see another $50 less IF you are lucky or extremely YMMV. Typical clowns on here talking about HODL. If you need a 70" then this is a great price. Buy it and enjoy it. Let the clowns keep waiting for something that may or may not happen.

Since I was called a liar.. The last time I filled my F-150 gas was higher than today
Here's my receipt,,
Cereal at Kroger. I happen to like Raisin Bran..cRunch. $2.49 a box Save 50 cents a box if you buy 5 items from a variety of things and another $1.50 f you buy 2 of these. Plus cash back and credit card rewards. Don't ever call me a liar. I can backup everything I say.
You're a fool. Cereal is $2-$3 a box at Kroger and Aldi --every week. Kroger delivers all over Central Florida. I live in Lake Mary and house price have not fallen. Every home in my area has sold for over asking price, all but 1 in under a week. Gas is $3 a gallon, but Kroger rewardgives me $1 off per gallon and credit cardcash back too. Apartments, condos, houses, roads, stores, all over the place. Wages are up. You can't hire anyone for minimum wage here ($11). If you aren't offering at least $15 to start you are getting convicts and drug addicts. . Stocks are irrelevants--not to me bucko....been investing for almsot 40 years. I buy long term dividend producing stocks..CD rates are over 5% they were 1%. My retirement income next year will be over $100,000 a year and mid 7 figure net worth. I don't buy getrich quick growth stocks. I invest in businesses thet make a profit and low price to book. Economy must be pretty good as a ton of people can afford to drink Starbucks every day. They're building them like coffee is gold.
Any advice on what businesses should be invested in?

My order today, being delivered tomorrow free with my $60 annual membership. One hour window that they meet 90% of the time. Use my Amex get 3% cashback, plus gas rewards, plus unnamed plugin extra $5 cashback. In Central Florida we have many, many grocery options..if you pay too much, you are too loyal to one store i.e. Publix. I on;y buy Bogo's there and Rib roasts when on sale for $6-$7 a pound. Slickdealer's are pretty good on shopping big ticker items, but can't be bothered on everyday items. I have multiple emails for Ubereats, Doordash, Postmates, Grubhub, etc. If you don't use one for a month you get ridiculous we missed you offers. 40% off at grocery stores, Bogo and 50% off at restaurants. If you don't work the system, it works you.

I'm huge in ET. Energy Transfer. I currently have about 11,000 shares. It took a hit during Covid and cut dividend in half, it has been restored to $0.3125 per share per quarter and increasing $0.025 per quarter.. I buy every dip. I'll never sell it, my kids will get it someday. I've bought incrementally over the last 5 years and i'm up $24,000 to day...but my dividends are roughly $14,000 a year now.. I reinvest every nickel and will continue to do so till age 70. I expect to be have 20,000 shares total as part of my portfolio and dividends of $27,000 a year just from ET. Ameritrade was bought by Schwab and everything move to their platform last week so I'm still learning how to use it. I us etheir stock screener to reseatch all stocks using criteria I beleive in P/E. book value, dividends, how long in business, history, etc. This takes ~10,000 equities dow to 10-20 and then I do my diligence. Typically onve a month. Takes a few hours and if I like something beter than one of my holding. I replace the lowest performer. I'm very divested in real estate, stocks, CD's, Bonds, etc. If my stuff goes south well its game over for everyone.

This or the Hisense 75in for 398$ at Walmart to be available today?
I bought the hisense TV at Walmart last Black Friday. It didn't even make it a year. Just got a black screen because it got stuck during an update. It's an easy fix by pushing the reset button, but Walmart didn't include a reset button to save money. So I had to junk a 9 month old TV. I bought a hisense tv at Best Buy's Black Friday 2 years ago and it's still working. I do love hisense feature where you can play audio only. I use it to fall asleep too law & order.
Turn off the news. Economy is fine. It's all about where you live. In Central Florida real estate is still booming, construction is booming, unemployment continues at record lows. My stock portfolio is doing great, dividends are up. Grocery prices have dropped and we have Kroger delivery and I'm paying under $2 a gallon for as with rewards.
There is. It's a bottom of the barrel TV. There's no such thing as a nice TV this large for under $2,000. This is what you get if you don't care about picture quality and features, and you just want size.
It's 70". It's 400 bucks. It's got a 3-year warranty. Who would have thunk it several years ago! Repped.
Costco 3 yr warranty is a joke. You need to find a repair center to give you an estimate before they'll do anything. They do not pay the diagnostic fee either.
It's horrible for slackers and losers who like to point fingers and blame others for failures. Not everyone will be successful, but everyone has the opportunity. My father walked out on us when I was 12. We were on welfare for years. I graduated high school with honors at 16. I screwed up with drugs and alcohol. I dropped out of college, got a job and then had a motorcycle accident and was hospitalized for months in traction. I was unable to walk unaided for years. I got a small settlement and started studying IT independently. Sold electronics for a number of national chains and department stores. I did side work and saved money. I started a computer business in the late 90's and buy 2005 was retailing $20 million a year in Central Florida brick and mortar. I got very sick a few years later and slowly downsized the business. I been thru recessions in the 70's, 80's. 90's, 00's. 10's and 20's. This is the mildest recession ever--if you can even call it that. Losers wil always be losers because that's their mindset. Times tough--double down..get a 2nd job. Start a side gig. Doctors, lawyers, restauranteurs, small business owners--none of us work a 40 hour week. WE DO WHAT it takes in every economy. If rent is too high, why are they building thousand of units within 5 miles of where I live? Apparently plenty of people CAN actually afford it. That's how supplyand demand works. No silver spoon in my mouth. I earned every dime, supported my mother till her death, put two kids thru college debt free. Winners find a way, losers mire in their own self pity.

I typically buy Samsung or LG but I bought a 65" ONN fro Walmart with some cash back rewards from "what's in your wallet cashback" $298. Spare bedroom and I have too say I was shocked at the good quality of the picture. Took the 4 year warrranty for $40. Just picked up the 50" for $148 for my daughter and son-in law. I'm also going to give them my 75" LG as soon as I fond the right deal on an 86"...I'd do the 98" but I need a reason to buy another TV in a year or two.
