If you are asking if you can use cables from your previous Corsair PSU, then I have a warning for you. PSU wires and cables are not interchangeable. Always use cables provided to you by the PSU manufacturer. The PSU and the wires that come are specifically engineered (volted) to work with each other. By using wiring from another company, you run the risk of damaging the part connected to the PSU or the PSU itself.
In case you need some supplementary info, here is a Gamers Nexus video that talks a little about dangers of mixing psu cables in first 2-3 mins.

Could you please provide a link to the seasonic psu? I still have a running EVGA P2 850 Platinum running strong but it's getting close to 10 years and I'm already looking for a replacement if it ever goes out.
I'm not entirely sure what the benefits of having PCIe Gen 5.0 ports and ATX 3.0 on the Vetroo
Edit: will most likely be running a 7800x3d or 7900x and a 7900xtx graphics card

not challenging you or anything, just more curious, but aren't there aftermarket companies that make specific-length cables for build aesthetics? how do those cables come into play if they're not meant to be mixed?
