I don't get why they just don't charge an actual cost to ship as an option.

I picked up an MSI 6750XT Gaming Trio recently for $275 Open Box (with Starfield). And registered as 3 year warranty. Card runs very cool with slight undervolt and overclock. In CS2, at times the fans aren't even running - should be similar temps on Red Devil and it looks great.

Personally not a powercolor fan but my red devil Vega 64 has been running solid for years so I suppose I need to get over it already. Also need someone to clue me in on the driver issues, how is this still a complaint, an issue 3 to 4 card gens ago. Been completely fine for YEARS now
Regarding Powercolor, their Fighter series is pretty basic; so I understand complaints about that. I had a 6700XT and I returned it due to insane coil whine, lower TDP that wasn't noted anywhere and trouble hitting advertised clocks.
Their top end cards are a whole other thing however. Support wise, they all have their issues.
Depends on your setup but for sure it will.
I run a 6900xt on an SF650 PSU with a 5600X no RGB build. Overclocked. Stable.
