How is that walmart products like these have always Cali 65 warnings . But similar ikea ones don't have. How is that ?

Got this over a year ago after it was posted here - has been totally fine for me. I like being able to bring the table up to me while eating on the couch or doing homework with the kids, and the storage is nice too.

IIRC the assembly was a bit of a pain (nothing crazy if you're used to IKEA), and one of the knobs' threads stripped easily causing it to fall out. But they're purely decorational anyway.

Seems pretty simple to figure out. Walmart generally doesn't actually manufacture a lot of its goods and it isn't that picky about what it sells. IKEA has its own supply chain and at least pretends to care.

….or just avoids anything that could trigger Cali 65 warnings, even if it's minor.
