"Sport" was sarcasm, because a lot of the expensive colognes women like smell like the stuff branded "sport" at Walmart.

If you want to discover fresh smelling colognes:

- Go to fragrantica -> Search
- Gender: Male + Unisex (if you turn off unisex 90% disappear)
- Order by: Most Popular
- Groups: Aromatic Green or Floral Green or Aquatic

Once you find something:

- Read the "Perfume Pyramid"
- LONGEVITY (long is best)
- SILLAGE (moderate is best)
- GENDER (lean more male than female, ignore unisex)

I got this one last time and I like it. I've got almost all of them now and I'm a fan of them all. Some people have a lot of negative things to say and it makes me think of the studies of professional wine tasters not being able to tell a $20 bottle from a $200...

Yeah they don't last forever and fade which is something I appreciate because I use these everyday and I'm not looking for something very strong. I've got other stuff when I'm trying to be loud with it...

Totally agree. I have so many higher end to lower end frags. To be honest, they all smell of the same quality which is pretty good. I think the first thing these people think of when it's not a Dior, Paco Rabanne, Dolce and Gabanna is it just can't be that good. When all people are doing is paying a premium for a name. Frags cost not much to produce as none use all naturals unless it's Creed $500 frags. If it's not a no name dollar store spray, most lesser brands like Cremo have really stepped up and are no longer selling super cheap smelling stuff.

Thanks it's nice to hear that. I only get compliments and they're pretty frequent. I like how they smell and I like smelling like them. What more is there? I've got some super old stuff from my grandfather's estate I break out for special occasions...

Cremo is solid for the price. I have had much more expensive EDP's that don't smell as good or last as long. Also, most of there scents are similar to other known colognes. Silver water and birch is kind of like silver mountain water. Not the same quality but totally wearable. I like Cremo for work and wear my better stuff on my time.

I own multiple $200/bottle+ colognes and have sampled dozens more. I really like Spice & Black Vanilla, it is high quality and falls off in a really pleasant way. It doesn't smell cheap, and with complexity/ascents than your typical cheap cologne.

That being said Cremo's range is a rather mixed bag. Some of them fall off after only an hour or have a very flat smell. I'd check reviews on fragrantica before you pull the trigger.
