I hate Adorama, placed an order with their card and my order went directly to manual verification, and now i'm stuck with their credit card that i can't use to pay for an item in their store... Verification team saying that me is not me and asking me to pay for that macbook VIA WIRE TRANSFER lol, with 20$ fee over the price to "verify" me. Clown fiesta, don't recommend to buy there at all.

Bro... Those are 2 performance cores, going from 4 to 6 performance cores is 50% more cores, and overall system performance improvement should be around 20%. Ask yourself how much generational improvement there is going from M1 Pro to M2 Pro ? It's only 15%. How much generational gain is there going from M2 Pro to M3 Pro? Less than 10% on the baseline model.

Therefore if you grab the 10-core M1 Pro, it would have very similar performance to the baseline model of M2 Pro and M3 Pro. Think of it as a low-cost generational upgrade.

Would you run away from a 2 year old high end 4K OLED TV at half price because it's a 2 year old model? Some things just don't age as fast as others or, in the case of this MacBook, the savings vs performance gains where savings win. Plus, they all have the same warranty.

With regards to the fall '21 phone -- if I were in the market for a high-end iPhone and could get a iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB for half price, I might consider it seriously because, really, how much has iPhone changed in the last 2 generations?

Fixed. Check it now.
Also, it seems to be on backorder now. It was already low on stock when I posted this.

Name one circumstance where you really needed those two extra cores, and how much time it cost you.
Even in video rendering, they kick ass over Intels, so M1 or M3 - same difference
