Yes for the 1/4 drive set. The 3/8 goes to 1" / 19mm standard and 7/8" / 19mm deep

Any reason to pick this over the 192 piece dewalt set? Looks like the dewalt set is more complete for the same price.
I assume it comes down to arguably higher quality pieces and the cases themselves. Looking at a set for my soon to be 16 year old nephew with no tools who will need to start doing his own car work in the near future for context. Happy to hear the opinions of others. Thanks!

Very good deal. I paid~$90 each for the 1/4 and 3/8 sets separately and think I got excellent value at that price.

I love the 192 dewalt set. Just bought a second one.

It'd be heavier would be the only downside I can think of.

Is there any way to convert this to make this PACKOUT compatible?

those dewalt sets are legendary for good price and excellent performance! I don't think you can go wrong with either, I didn't check if they are both 4 or 5 degree movement per ratchet click, but even that is a trivial issue for most people.

Of course. I have mine attached my to packout tool cart full time.
You'll need these two items:

I use the milwaukee set professionally and I just bought the dewalt set for home use.
The milwaukee set is in a packout organizer so it's more convenient to transport from area to another. My spending habits vary differently when it comes to home use or work use. I splurge for the niche tools / tool sets when it becomes work related.
