I assume it comes down to arguably higher quality pieces and the cases themselves. Looking at a set for my soon to be 16 year old nephew with no tools who will need to start doing his own car work in the near future for context. Happy to hear the opinions of others. Thanks!

The milwaukee set is in a packout organizer so it's more convenient to transport from area to another. My spending habits vary differently when it comes to home use or work use. I splurge for the niche tools / tool sets when it becomes work related.
