Just to confirm, people without target red card can use their Discover 5% cashback on purchases for GC unless there is some restriction I'm missing? Also, is there a limit of cards you can purchase at once? I plan to get 11 at a time and can do multiple accounts if needed but want to use same discover card on all accounts if possible to do? Any guide to maximize the total cashback to buy iphone 15 pro from apple website?

Can this be used to purchase AppleCare on an existing device that is still eligible? There are previous Reddit threads suggesting Apple wouldn't apply Apple balance for AC

I assume you can purchase it on the device that needs it? I did have an issue trying to buy someone through the Apple Store online, but on my iPhone it was no problem.

If I want to pay for a new phone fully with these Apple gift cards, what's the best strategy? I've been reading a lot of stories where Apple was banning/marking accounts as fraudulent for redeeming too many gift cards at once onto their Apple account balance (as opposed to using at checkout).

There's a limit of 8 gift cards per transaction, however, what if I add 4-5 of these cards to my Apple account first, and then use the remaining 8 cards during checkout? Anyone tried that before? Would be nice to effectively get 15% off a new phone.

I bought a new phone this way. Didn't have an issue redeeming 7 cards in a row. But apple balance did take an hour or two to update the balance after maybe the 3rd card. Then bought a new phone by applying the balance and paying the remainder with a regular cc

There used to be good deal when Sams club used to offer latest phone with Verizon couple years ago.

Target gf to get the unlocked phone from apple and used with cheapest plan with any major carrier.
