1. So you are purchasing these $100 gift cards at target.com online right and not anywhere else?
2. How many $100 apple gift cards can you buy minimum/max? How many can you load at once at apple website when you want to make a purchase whether it's an iphone or imac or whatever? I heard it was 8? So someone who buys 20 of these can't use them all in 1 purchase if they going to get an expensive macbook?
3. How many max $15 target gift cards can you get for each $100 apple gift cards? Obviously if you buy one $100 apple gift card, you get one $15 target gift card. What if you buy 2 apple gift cards? You get 2 $15 target gift cards? But anymore than 2 apple gift cards... whether you buy 10 or 20 of them, you only get 2 $15 target gift cards which is $30 total target gift card right? If that's the case, why would anyone buy more than 2? I heard it has something to do with getting 5% cashback if you have a target red card? But if you don't have a target red card, there is no point of buying more than 2 apple gift cards?
4. That target red card is an actual physical credit card right?
5. Also what's this thing I hear about people opening multiple email accounts for this?
6. This deal when it starts... will run out of stock pretty fast? Possible the deal is gone after few hours at the most?
7. If you already have an iphone that you are planning to use for many years, it still makes sense to buy 2 of these $100 apple gift cards since you get 2 $15 target gift cards assuming you will buy another apple product in the future? Whether it's a new iphone years from now or battery replacement or anything, it's worth it for the 2 $15 target gift cards right? I would only buy a new iphone if my old iphone has issues and I'm not someone that buys one every year like most people. So if you plan to buy another iphone say 5 years from now, still worth it since apple gift card don't expire? I don't use apple play or don't have target red card... just pay with my regular bank credit card.

I read that deleted the card and re-adding it could be the fix, but it was a gift card.. I no longer have that number so I'm nervous to hit "remove".

? does apple.com's checkout only let you input ONE giftcard?
(unlike bestbuy checkout which lets you input multiple).
Not sure if you can use the same card on multiple accounts if you create multiple accounts under your name -- if you have multiple people in the household then each person can safely have their own Target account without issue (use their name/email/phone/CC)
Discover card also has 5% at Target this quarter if you have that

2) Won't know how many target is going to allow. You can use 8 GC at the checkout page with apple, you will have to apply one after another and after you add each one, it will knock off the amount of your balance.
---Because of the 8 limit that apple has, you will have to add the GC to your apple account balance, Apple rep told me there is NO limit of 2000, however many on this thread is saying there is an 2K limit so not sure.
---So if you're going for a MacBook above 2k. It would be best to load the GC to your apple account balance (if you have 0 dollars in there, you won't even get that option in the checkout until you have some money in there, I added a dollar and only then did I get that option to use on the checkout.)
---On top of the 2K account balance, you can also use 8 GC during the checkout. Anythingg left over, then use a credit/debit card.
3) You may have to make separate transactions, so if you want 20 of them, you may just have to do 20 transactions and get the 15 target GC with each transaction. Im probably going to be taking this route just in case.
4) Target red is a physical card but I just signed up for one that is tied to the bank account, so in other words it's a target debit card. Upon approval, target gives you the number and PIN number, so you can screenshot it and save and make immediate purchases online without waiting for it to come in the mail.
5) not sure if multiple account is needed to make the purchases with all the same red card, or if target is putting a limit on the red card itself for payment. Gonna have to wait and see.
6) who knows, but stay ready
7) Once its added in the apple account balance, you should be good, I doubt there is an expiration date once its added.
