I just got back from Target and bought 8 in-store, separate transactions. Each transaction was $100 total.

Only (small) issue I had was that after the 4th one, Discover put a fraud alert and I had to call in to verify it was me making the transactions.

3 online should go through. The 4th one will get cancelled right away; even if you use a different account. I'm guessing it's tied to billing address and/or credit card payment.

Where can you check what your specific target circle offer is? Some people mention spend $90 and get $20 but other people had to spend less or more. Where does it show in your target account when you log in online? Also some people might not have this offer?

Also how long do these target dollars last? Do they expire?

You can have up to $2000 in your account balance + you can use up to 8 GCs during checkout on a purchase
