Sorry, every budget espresso machine uses heat safe plastic/silicone tubes, and parts, just as every cheap drip coffee maker, every Keurig, Nespresso machine, etc.
I wasn't asking for cheap machines, but the cheapest available if any

Mine is ordered and delivering the 26th. Have no idea why I ordered outside of how much wine I have drunk today. If it successfully replaces a 10 year old keruig I'll be okay.

I don't think they let anyone pick them up yet. I ordered one for in-store pickup early Wed. afternoon and it says "Black Friday Deals pickup" and that it will be ready for pickup on Friday. And I know they've had them at the store for a while because I saw them staged in pallets with some other BF merch a few days ago.

Debating whether I should get the Gourmia Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte & Americano Maker.
Any thoughts, especially if I already have a Nespresso?

There aren't any under $500 to my knowledge. I could be wrong, but I'm not aware of any.

So much misinformation, so little time. If you want to learn the details of what makes good espresso, go to a trusted site to learn the basics about espresso and espresso machines. The majority of comments here about espresso, pressure, pressurized baskets, grinders, or the ability of this machine to make a shot worth drinking, etc., are all over the map. They are either half-truths, completely incorrect, or personal opinions rather than fact. Proof is on the internet if you do a search.

That said, this is an amazing Slick Deal. 181K views and over 200 comments! All the basic components are there and then some with the auto-frother. This machine is perfect for someone new to espresso, or can't afford an expensive espresso machine. It's also very low risk. Don't like it, return it, but you won't find a better semi-auto cheaper. If you can afford something more expensive, you probably already have a nice setup.

Regular espresso grind coffee like LLave, Bustelo, Pinon, Lavazza, Illy, etc. will work, not regular drip grind coffee. I don't know about the different milks, but it's a standard auto-frother. Others will have to chime in on that.

Do I need to purchase a tamper for this? Anything else I should consider besides a grinder?
According to the owner's manual, it comes with a plastic coffee scoop/tamper. https://www.gourmia.com/pdf/Gourm...CM4230.pdf
