Big city people call that the good old days.
I still remember the year that two trailer trash women went at each other in the doll aisle over some discounted Rainbow High dolls. They were screaming and cursing at each other, and their kids were crying. You don't get raw human emotion like that from online shopping.

How cheap is the waffle maker? I usually save my punches and elbow jabs for appliances that are $50 and under. That way I can conserve my energy for the three mile walk home, since the buses don't run on Thanksgiving and Black Friday in my area.

There's no need to wait.

Starting October 22, 2023, if you purchase an item in store or online and the price goes lower at Target on or before December 24, 2023, you can request a price match. Proof of purchase is required for price adjustments after purchase. Target store price matches and adjustments are completed at the store on any lane.

I remember those crazy waffle maker videos. People about killed each other over them and then only used it once! πŸ˜‚

Didn't Target do buy 2 get 1 free on all/most video games?! Now the buy 2 get 1 free last week excludes all the good games. Not the best ad for video games.

Wow, this year sucks. Literally nothing worth going out for.
If someone needs an Xbox series x, that's a pretty decent deal

They will only do the price match if the item is in-stock, so buying a product early comes with a risk if it's out of stock by the time you contact them for the price match.

TCL is the top Chinese television brand, and Sony is the top Japanese television brand. Both companies also make many other kinds of technology, like phones, and computers, and all different kinds of things.
I have mixed feelings about TCL. I have an 55" Roku and an 65" android tv and bot worked great for its price. Last BF I brought an 55" qled one for $200 but I was extremely disappointed about the picture quality in 4k. Not sure why but I went back to the store and of course there is no replacement so I returned for my money back.

Yeah, used to be that you could catch some fun little brawls at these stores when the doors opened. But now it's heavily sectioned off and even policed.

If you absolutely need new, yes. Otherwise, check FB marketplace. There are a bunch of local ones around me for 100-130 dollars. Quest 3 is out now so a lot of people upgraded and are trying to sell their Quest 2's.

If you're on the fence about VR, start with the Quest 2. If it seems like something you'll continue with, the upgrade to the 3 is very worth it. The difference in resolution/screen quality between generations is massive.
can you play ps5 games on this?

Sony just released a brand new model of the PS5 with extra storage, and an extra USB port. That's why they are charging $500. It comes with 250gb more storage space than the base model. I also believe that it comes with either a copy of Spider-Man 2 or the new Call of Duty. Saving you $70 on buying the game.
Just a bummer because previous consoles would have a refresh, add storage or come with a game AND be cheaper than the previous versions.
Those days appear to be over.

The new system is cheaper to manufacture. Historically, that savings got passed to the consumer. Now companies pocket the profits.

Welcome to late stage capitalism. Every week is a sale somewhere. Every day is Christmas. Consume.
