I checked my note and found out Target sold a touch screen Chromebook for $100 last December. The CPU is AMD A6 which is similar to Celeron N4020.
And you did not have to pay $100 last year because Target had other promotions going on.
My point is to wait until December because stores want to get rid of most outdated electronics by year end.
The spec of that Chromebook last December:
Acer 11.6" Convertible Touchscreen Chromebook Laptop - AMD A-Series Processor - 4GB RAM - 32GB Flash Storage - Black - R721T-62ZQ
With the other deals this year on newer hardware, I'm not sure I would pay this price for it now, but it was a great deal back then.

Celeron N4020 is only 1500 passmarks, so don't expect high-end performance, but it is sufficient for watching videos, listening to music, and all but the most demanding office productivity stuff.
768p resolution sucks for working, but fine for videos.
11 inch is great for travel.
4G means you won't be running virtual machines, so the ability to use android programs will work for the lighter programs, but not the hogs.
I'm tempted - really tempted to just buy this for a travel laptop. Of course, I would wipe ChromeOS (we are a non-google household) and load a light Linux distro. Let me see if that's possible on this Chromebook.
According to this table: https://mrchromebox.tec
$80 is less than the keyboard I need replaced on a much faster, 13inch Toshiba CB2 that was the best travel laptop I've ever owned. I miss that laptop, but it cost 6x more than this.
Ah .. no HDMI output - that makes this a no-go for me. I connect up the laptop to hotel TVs via long HDMI cable.
