Do they use Verizon towers?
I tried Visible (lower plan) who uses verizon towers before and it was so deprioritized that it was unusable (Their premium plan was good)

XM is not a subsidiary; while they provide service using the VZ network, they are not buying the phones from VZ, and they have a different unlock policv; details here

Note the first line which says "In most cases, your phone will be unlocked automatically within 48 hours of being paid off."
IF - you have paid off the phones : yes, they unlock 60 days after activation. And you CAN chat with CS for earlier unlock if you have paid in full.
This deal is NOT paid in full; it is device instalments with bill credits over 24 months. If you pay off in full - you lose the bill credits; you've got to pay the full amount. If you don't pay off in full - you're not eligible for the unlock until it's paid off - 24 months later.
However, when I try adding a new line with a new device, I keep getting this irrelevant error:
"You're over the number of lines you can have on device payment plans.
For one or more lines, you'll need to pay in full or bring your own devices to continue. Or you can reduce the number of devices in cart."
Any clue on what could be the reason?
The only rewards deal I see is "Save $300 on an eligible smart watch" (I'm Platinum level)
