It's good for PS5, but Sony says a heatsink is required, so you would need to buy one separately. There is a P5 Plus option that comes with one pre-installed. Or you could buy any compatible heatsink. The Sabrent SB-PSHS is considered the best, but any should do (as long as it fits).

The 2TB is also on sale for $89. Matches previous lowest price.

This should be advertised as a 950GB drive, it's formatted capacity is less than 950GB and it has ~23GB less GB of storage than either the Solidigm P44 or ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB drives.

that's the better deal for anyone looking to use it for their ps5. it's still $69 on amazon. for $50 w/ heatsink is a no brainer.

I just bought this for another one, seems like a decent inexpensive one for the price

Amazon saying deliverying some time after Dec.1 is killing this deal for me.

This drive was $30 directly from Crucial earlier this year, but that was a crazy deal (and happened right after I'd bought this exact same drive from Micro Center for ~$50).

It was my first M.2 drive, and nice and fast by my previous, SATA standards. Smilie

He didn't sate that there are drives with 1024 capacity, he stated that the drive should accurately reflect its storage capacity. Since the drive will never offer its advertised capacity, why are you against an honest figure of the amount of storage?

Thanks so much! The B&H link above no longer shows $50 (even in cart...for me at least) but this was $50 shipped for the HS model. Can't beat that Wink
